Clinical Network
Our 50-state clinical network includes registered nurses (RNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and board-certified physicians (MDs/DOs).
Higi Care is an affiliated 50-state clinical network that is independently structured as a Professional Corporation (PC) and supported by a Managed Services Organization (MSO). The network includes registered nurses (RNs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and board-certified physicians (MDs/DOs), providing a turnkey clinical solution to:
Integrate with existing care teams to extend services into the home for health systems/ACOs who lack the clinical staff for 24x7 monitoring and the administrative staff for associated claims billing
Credential under health systems/ACOs to provide services under their brand and guidance while they manage billing
Contract as a provider with health plans to avoid the time burden of vendor contracting processes, provide services under their MLR budgets and as an extension of their care teams, and close open gaps in care
What does our network mean for you?
In addition to enabling turnkey contracting flexibility, this national clinical network provides the ability to deliver under a serviceable provider framework in all 50 states, enabling rapid deployment, standardized operations, and cost-efficient clinical scaling.
Additionally, the physician-led model ensures a robust, evidence-based approach to every aspect of care delivery, including real-time adjustments of care plans as science and clinical guidelines evolve. By retaining a smaller, centralized team of licensed professionals capable of supervising non-physician staff across multiple geographies, we can efficiently meet clinical oversight requirements, support credentialing and billing processes, and expand access to care — especially in underserved areas with limited provider availability.
Cost savings and outcomes
Operationally, this structure allows us to deliver real-time care coordination, capture claimable services, and perform services that demonstrate the clinical value of our interventions. This enables our remote monitoring programs to not only be clinically sound, but also financially sustainable for our customers. More importantly, it preserves the ability to show outcomes, close care gaps, and reduce total cost of care through documented CPT code utilization, two-way communication, and consistent care plan adherence.
