Care Everyday is a remote patient monitoring and chronic care management platform. Through Care Everyday, patients monitor their chronic conditions using remote medical devices, including blood pressure cuffs, blood glucose meters, and weight scales. Patients are assigned a dedicated Care Manager to help them track their progress and reach their health goals, all from home.
